Intrepid skiers and snowboarders can test their
skills in the Paradise
Freestyle Arena. More than half a mile long and 600 vertical feet, the
Paradise Freestyle Arena is where all the action is. It features a 450-foot
halfpipe with 15 foot walls, boxes, and jibbing rails.
Durango Mountain Resort - Nordic Skiing
Test your endurance with Cross Country in Durango,
Colorado. Experience sixteen kilometers of groomed trails ready for both
classic nordic and skate skiing. The Nordic Center is located across
Highway 550 from Purgatory Village.

Durango Mountain Resort offers a full range of
lodging for your Durango
ski vacation. The
Purgatory Village Hotel is located at the base of the Durango Mountain
Resort and offers deluxe king rooms or multi-room suites with panoramic
views. Black Bear Town homes represent the first of the resort's new
east villages, located directly across from the main resort entrance.
East Rim Condominiums are just 30 minutes away from the mountain. Cascade
Village is two miles north of Purgatory Village. Lodge at Tamarron
